Chewy Protein Biscuits

INGREDIENTS
- 30g Ultimate Plant Protein by b Raw (Salted Caramel)
- 150g rolled oats
- 30g oat flour (or more plain flour)
- 60g plain flour
- 90g shredded coconut
- 130g coconut sugar (or low calorie sugar)
- 70g golden syrup
- 90g butter
- ½ tsp salt
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until a dough forms.
3. Form desired size cookies using dough and place onto a lined baking tray
4. Place tray in the freezer for 15 min or until firm
5. Bake for 10-12 minute or until golden brown (cookies will harden and become chewy as they cool
