- Pizza crust of your choice (can also use a wrap as a lower calorie alternative)
- Tomato paste
- veggies of your choice, mushrooms, onions, spinach, capsicum
- Dairy free cheese
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is slightly melted. TIP: Most vegan cheese alternatives will soften but won’t fully melt.
Easy and Nourishing Noodle Soup
Some good old noodle soup can do you wonders. You don’t need to drive all the way to your local Chinese store to get your fix of delicious noodle goodness. You probably already have these ingredients in your kitchen!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 6 cups vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon dried sage, crushed
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 3 cups dried rice fettuccine noodles
Combine the vegetables, stock and seasonings in a large pot and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the noodles and bring to a boil. There you have it! A nice warm and healthy meal that will feed you, your family and friends.
Nacho Night

Ingredients:
- Corn chips
- 435g can of refried beans
- 1 cup vegan cheese of your choice
- 1/2 cup of your favourite salsa
- Vegan sour cream
Spread the corn chips on an oven safe platter and begin layering the refried beans, cheese and salsa (it’s allowed to get messy!)
Combine some avocado and sweet chilli sauce and your guac is ready to go, no need for any fancy ingredients!
